Where can I buy trophies, awards, plaques, etched crystal from Bardach Awards?

Bardach Awards sells crystal, wood, and acrylic awards through our website, email, phone calls and our sales staff. We invite you to research our product line on this website or via our current catalog. To obtain a copy of our catalog and/or to place an order, please contact us.

How do I know my art can be used in production?

Art that will need to be provided should be to the level of imprint quality that meets Bardach Awards standards of excellence. Not all digital art will meet this criteria and specifications for camera ready art. The Bardach Awards Art Department, will notify you of any art charges that will be incurred prior to production. • For detailed artwork specifications visit the ordering page for artwork specifications. • To submit art to Bardach Awards, email macart@bardachawards.com.

What is an image area?

Each product is allotted a maximum image area. This represents the ideal maximum dimensions for etching on each recognition award. Your artwork should not exceed the image area available for a given product.

What is considered normal production time?

Normal production time is 5-8 working days. Rush charges are incurred when ship date is five or less working days from receipt of order. Charges may begin at 25% of the total order value or $25.00; whichever is higher.

Can I get a sample?

Yes. Sample is FREE when item cost is less than $20.00. Credit will be issued for individual samples costing in excess of $20.00 and are returned in perfect condition within 30 days. We will request your shipper account for freight charges. All samples will be charged to your VISA/MasterCard and will be credited when samples are returned. All sample orders require a request in writing by fax or email. We also offer spec samples and pre-production samples.

How is my order shipped?

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. To change the shipping method, indicate your preference when placing your order. If your order is shipped using your shipper number, you are responsible for filing all claims. F.O.B. Indiana. All shipments are via UPS Ground or motor freight depending on weight and destination. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. To assure safe delivery our shipments of fragile products they require over packing. An ""over packing"" charge of $5.00 per carton will be added to the freight charge.

Is there a minimum order?

Many of our products may be ordered with a quantity of (1). All art and make ready fees will apply whether there is a quantity of (1) or more. Awards Returned for Personalization: 1-5 pieces $15.00 each 6+ pieces $12.50 each Insertion Fee: Personalized card inserts - $2.00 Generic card inserts - $0.75

What is colorfill?

Colorfill is an optional accent an award. Colorfill adds depth and energy to already stunning crystal! Please allow two additional production days for awards with colorfill.

What is HDP printing?

HDP stands for High Definition Printing. It can add full UV cured inks to a flat surface no taller than 2” in height. It works exceptionally well on acrylic and crystal.

What is deep etch?

The deep etch process is more than just a frost of your image. Deep etching is usually done from the back of the glass - this is called ""reverse etch."" The reverse etch will give your award more reflective highlights and greater dimension.

Is all crystal the same?

No, in fact there are many different types of crystal to choose from. The options are jade, optical, and lead crystal.
